Hi,
I noticed a strange behavior of RBMC. It now removes the micrographs with less than 2 particles, but then it removes the particles that are too close to the edge. That creates an issue that if the micrograph has less than 2 particles, it triggers an error later. Could you reverse the order of checks and first remove particles too close to the edge and then remove micrographs with less than 2 particles?
