Can anyone give me some comments or suggestions about the map on the left and how to improve this? Compared to the map on the right, it is stretched.

Preferred orientation, most likely. What do the 2D classes look like? What does the angular assignment look like? If most of the particles are getting assigned to a relatively small set of angles, that will cause this effect.
You can either try to dump out some of the particles from the preferred angle (which may or may not cost you resolution) or adjust your acquisition (stage tilt) or grid preparation.
