Problem with PyTorch

Dear all,

i have some struggle with PyTorch.

I upgraded CryoSPARC from 3.3.2 to 4.1.1. After that i installed the patch 230110
The problem is if someone run a 3DFlexReconstruction
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named ‘torch’

I´ve tried to install it on the worker nodes acording to this guide:

But when i try to run ‘cryosparcm test workers P1 --test gpu --test-pytorch’ it fails

Have you tried running any actual 3dflex jobs to see if it runs after installing the PyTorch dependencies? The error you get for GPU detection is harmless in my experience.

  • post error messages from the screenshots as text
  • the output of nvidia-smi (as text)
  • the outcome a 3DFlex job, as suggested by @kookjookeem
