I am getting the following error each time I start an inspect particle picks job with the output of a Topaz extract job: “ValueError: supplied range of [nan, nan] is not finite”
Does anyone know why this is happening?

I would recommend trying the solution @mmclean suggests.

Hi all,
We will be releasing a patch in the coming weeks to fix this issue, but for now, please refer to the comment here for a potential workaround.
EDIT: We have included a fix for this issue in Patch 210615 for cryoSPARC v3.2.0. Please refer to the link for instructions on how to apply the patch.
