HI, I have been processing micrographs from an external hard drive and path was given to that too. After the power failure, when I tried to continue the 2D classification of the same project, this message was popped up “Unable to create job: ServerError: validation error: lock file for P7 at /mnt/toshiba_16/CkZnuBC_PD_TW/CS-ckznubc-pd-tw/cs.lock absent or otherwise inaccessible”
Please help me to sort this out
Is the disk or volume that stores the project directory currently mounted? What is the output of the command
df -hT /mnt/toshiba_16/CkZnuBC_PD_TW/CS-ckznubc-pd-tw/
it says no such file or directory,
So in this path, where it says toshiba_16, was not the one i used . my original path has been in MYname_TOS. Bur after power outage when i restart the cryosparc the path has reset to the toshiba_16, which has no any folders and which was literally empty.
Have you mounted or can you mount the actual project directory under a different path?
If so, what’s the new path?
