I run the patch motion correction, and found the the corrected image had the detector pattern, however I use the same parameter and run the motioncorr2 in cryosparc and the corrected image is good. I don’t know how to fix it.

Do you have a defect file or other information about the detector bad pixels? Was the data collected at an external facility?
No, I only input the gain reference file.
@robinbinchen we are working on adding support for detecting defects from the gain reference file directly which should help here.
