Patch motion and CTF citation

Hello,

I’d like to cite cryoSPARCs patch motion correction and CTF estimation. I couldn’t see any mention to it in the 2017 Nat Methods paper.

Could you please refer me to the proper citation?

Thanks for your post - unfortunately we have yet to write up a specific paper about patch motion and patch CTF in cryoSPARC. For now it is best to cite the original Nat Meth 2017 paper. You can also see a list of other recommended citations here: https://guide.cryosparc.com/#citation
