Patch ctf problems on Glacios with falcon3

Hi,

I am having severe problems with patch CTF on data from our Glacious. Fits are terrible:

But if I run the same data on ctffind it works nicely.

While ctffind is a workaround in cryosparc itself in cryosparc live I cant really chose ctffind.
I played around with the parameters. But I didn’t really find anything that made it fit nicely.

Any idea?

have you tried limiting the defocus range?

I find with similar data that has helped

what does the 1D search plot look like?
