Hello, I think I’m having some issues with validating my density maps.
The calculated resolution is around 2.2Å, but the FSC curve did not fall to zero.
Also, the density maps have some noisy features.
I’m wondering how to untangle the issue or how to interpret the data.

Hi @SSL, in this case what was the steps that you used to perform the refinement? Was there some non-standard importing or particle picking? Usualy FSC not falling to zero indicates that you have duplicate particles in your particle sets (either because the same micrographs were imported multiple times and treated as if they were separate, or because particles were extracted twice from the same micrographs and the stacks were combined)
