Hello everyone,

When I was running a 3D refinement job. I got this:

OSError: [Errno 28] No space left on device: ‘/tmp/tmpwjbnkqtn.cu’

Do you know how to figure this out ?

The /tmp directory or partition in the server running the cryosparc worker got full. You might need to expand it.

I’ll add some linux distress mount /tmp into the virtual memory space. If you don’t have a big swap file easy way for processes to compete with themselves for RAM.
