Option to re-order final 3D classes based on size?

Hi,

When performing 3D classification with many classes (10-100), it would be useful to have an option to re-order classes by size (or resolution?) during F-EM iterations. This would facilitate quick inspection of the most significant classes.

@olibclarke Thanks for this suggestion! This is now included and turned on by default in v4.1.2. One caveat: if this is on, we assert that intermediate output is off so that the class outputs aren’t mixed between iterations.
