I have an 8x 4090 workstation with CryoSPARC installed. Following the instructions provided in this link: Downloading and Installing CryoSPARC | CryoSPARC Guide, I successfully created two lanes. However, when I try to use the newly created lane, a pop-up OpenSSH window prompts me to enter my password. Is there a way to bypass this step or automate the authentication process?
@Yue Did you set up (and test on the command line) key-based ssh authentication from the CryoSPARC master host to the relevant CryoSPARC worker host(s)?
