Not receiving token by email to reset password

Hi there,
I am trying to start a project on my installed cryosparc. Surprisingly, it is complaining about the wrong password. I tried to reset and I got a message that a token will be emailed to me, but I got nothing after some days!
Could you please help me with that?

The reset token will not be sent to the user automatically, but needs to be communicated to the user by an administrator of the CryoSPARC instance (guide).
If you installed and administer CryoSPARC yourself, you may alternatively change your password with
cryosparcm resetpassword
(guide).
