Normal orthogonal slices for one of our single eigenvector in 3D var

Dear community,
We performed 3D var in our data set and the orthogonal slices look like this:

I was wondering if it is ok, and how we could possibly interpret these slices?

Hi @mohsenkazemi20,

Have you tried to use the 3D var display job to interpret the results in 3D? To me it looks like you have subunits that are appearing and dissappearing but hard to tell without looking in 3D!
