I have another problem:
After successfully generating a filament template using 2D class average , I used filament tracer to box the filaments (using the template). The program completed BUT there are no filaments i.e. no particles.
Can you let me know what to do.
Could you include some examples of the diagnostic plots? As well, it is worth looking into the Filament tracer guide page, which has more information on how to tune picking parameters, which may be helpful in cases where no particles are picked.
