No output/volume/metadata

After updating to v 4.4.1, the output/volume/metadata are empty for all Jobs including jobs completed by the older version and this new version. Help is needed! Thanks,

Please can you describe

  1. how the emptiness manifests itself (screenshots)
  2. investigate whether output/volume/metadata
    • appear empty
    • are empty
    • are missing (ls -al inside job directory)
  3. the CryoSPARC version before the upgrade

Thank you very much! The problem was actually solved. My remote computer refused to show the content under output/volume/metadata while the volume could be downloaded. After restarte the Mac computer, all comes out correctly! Sorry for making this noise. Lan
