No lane upon install of version 5

Hello,

I installed the version 5 of cryosparc on a machine (not updated from older version), and there was no line to queue worker on default.

I linked the queue myself following ( Downloading and Installing CryoSPARC | CryoSPARC Guide ) so i dont really need help.

Just wanted to know if that was intended or if something might have gone wrong with my installation ?

i queued the first job today and was able to attached a few project without problem.

Do you have a record of the full install.sh command that you used? Did it include the
--standalone option?

I do not have a record of it,

But it should have since i followed the instruction but that might have been in the mistake on my part.

is there a way to ask cryosparc if it was used during the installation ?

@Yannlefrancois Please can you

  • post the outputs of these commands
    cryosparcm resources
cryosparcm env | grep -e HOST -e PORT
  • let us know whether the installation combines master/worker on the same computer (“single workstation”)
  • whether there are worker computers in addition to the master computer
