New GPU not detected

Hi everyone!

I installed a new GPU in my computer (cluster) and it’s not detected by CryoSparc. I installed the previous last version so I was expecting it to detect the 3 GPUs I have.
Whenever I run a job, it only detects and use the two previous GPUs, but nothing about the new one.

I’ve checked the system and it’s well installed, besides RELION, for example, it detectes the three of them.

May you help me out?

What’s the GPU? 5000 series cards are not supported currently.

Wow, the A30 is losing to a 1070Ti…

You’ll need to tell CryoSPARC explicitly that there is a new GPU. See this post/thread which might help:
