Nan values during preprocessing

Hi all,

I’m seeing the attached error when trying to refine a new dataset (actually an old dataset with new ctf params). The dataset looks otherwise fine (e.g. visualization of the random subset of particle images looks fine), so I’m not sure how to diagnose where things are falling apart - suggestions? Other datasets with per particle ctf params do not give the same error.

Figured it out - two stray blank micrographs had snuck into the dataset. All working now.
