Motioncorr3 in motioncorr2 job?

Hello, does the new motioncorr3 compatible with cryosparc motioncorr2 with compiled exe file? Thanks a lot.

Hi,

Probably not. As far as I know, anything newer than MotionCor2 v1.4.5 is incompatible with cryoSPARC’s current wrapper due to the change from -LogFile to -LogDir (from v1.4.6 onwards). This remains true of MotionCor3.

You can run it externally and then import the micrographs though.
