I’ve made a wrapper script to run Modelangelo as an external job in cryoSPARC:
It launches a Modelangelo job from the command line and registers it as a External job in cryoSPARC, then saves the atomic models (cif files) as volume outputs in that external job.
This is a workaround, as it is not currently possible to save arbitrary files as outputs - it would be useful to have a catchall “file” output to save arbitrary files like this generated by CS tools scripts in their own output.
