We are looking for direction on how to approach Install/Configure CS in how centOS environment. Currently we don’t have enough GPU for Master/Worker processes.
Can we configure the master on our workstation node and worker process on our Cluster where we have GPU power?
The suggested configuration is possible in principle, subject to prerequisites such as a shared filesystem between the cryoSPARC master and the cluster’s GPU nodes.
Implementation depends on your particular circumstances, such as whether this would be a single or multi-user cryoSPARC instance.
The admin(s) for both the (workstation) master and (cluster) GPU nodes should become familiar with cryoSPARC documentation and decide on the most suitable setup under the circumstances.
