Many error when update cryosparc 2.12.2

Dear all,
When I updated cryosparc to 2.12.2 and restart it, there were many errors:

  1. no model “pymongo” and “bson”
    I solve this error by:
    “sudo apt install python-pymongo*”
    “sudo apt install python-bson*”
    Then link their directory for /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages to …cryosparc2_master/deps/anaconda/lib/python2.7/site-packages

but when I restart cryosparc again, the other error appears:

  1. command_core: ERROR (spawn error)

I restart my computer and run cryosparc again but in vain.

Could anyone help me fix this problem? Please let me know if other additional information is needed.
Or, does someone know how to re-update cryosparc?

I’d recommend force-reinstalling cryoSPARC: https://cryosparc.com/docs/reference/install/#forced-update
