Manual Picker in v.1.14.2

Hi Everyone:

I am trying to run Manual Picker in v2.14.2 and and after the job launches it seems to be stuck on Calculating intensity for each exposure…

in the log file, the there is a long string of sending heartbeat lines. It looks like it is stuck at this point.
Has anyone noticed this problem before or how to proceed from here?

Hi @George,

Is it possible if you can update to cryoSPARC v2.15? There was a bug that was fixed related to the contrast intensity calculation in the manual picker in this version.
