Magnification for the empiar10005_trpv1 data set

Hi,

I am trying to test FreAlign with the empiar10005_trpv1 data set. Frealign asks for the magnification information. Does anyone know what was the magnification at the detector for that data set?

Hi Guobin,

The dataset was collected on a K2, which has a physical pixel size of 5 microns, with a pixel size at the specimen of 1.2156 Angstroms. The magnification was thus 41132.
