License is invalid

Hi,
I install the cryosparc v2.9 with my license. It is run with CUDA 10.0. When I start my first job, it failed and said “License is invalid”.
Anyone knows how to figure it out?

I solve it by restart the workstation and reinstall the cryosparc.
