Hello cryoSPARC,
I am running cryosparc v4.3.0 and unable to run interactive and non-interactive jobs on the master node. I can successfully run non-interactive jobs on separate worker nodes, but I can’t run interactive and non-interactive jobs on the master node.
Can someone assist troubleshooting the problem for me? What should I look for?

Please can you post the outputs of these commands on the master node:
cryosparcm status | grep -v LICENSE
cryosparcm cli "get_scheduler_targets()"
free -g
uname -a
nvidia-smi
Sorry for the late response and not following troubleshooting guidelines. We simply restarted cryosparc, and that resolved the issue.
