Is it possible to run T20 jobs with cryosparc-tools

Hi @wtempel , I am familiar with running cryoSPARC T20 jobs from CLI with the help of the python script. But can we run the T20 jobs with cryosparc-tools?. Thanks.

Hi @Praveen, we will publish a workflow implementation based on cryosparc-tools as part of an upcoming CryoSPARC release (date pending). It will be available at https://tools.cryosparc.com/ and I’ll update here when it’s out.
