Is it possible to run cryoSPARC v2.15 and v3.0.1 simultaneously on the same computer?

Hi Everyone,

Assuming that the machine has multiple GPUs and each cryoSPARC version will use its own database, is it possible to run cryoSPARC v2.15 and v3.0.1 simultaneously on the same computer?

Hi @Sergei, yes this is possible. You just have to install them in two different file system locations and assign a different base port at install time.

How can i set different port during installation as a standalone?

If it is as standalone then use --port <port_number> when installing.
