Hello, I got the following clusters and wanted to ask if it is accurate to interpret the broader cluster (A) as experiencing more conformational variability, compared to the disc-like (B) or (C) the cluster that is more spread out in the y direction? In comparing B and C, would the disc-like shape pertain to conformations in the cluster that are more rigid, i.e. experiencing less motion/conformational changes? Perhaps I am not understanding the relation between the clusters and conformational space correctly…
