Our HPC system uses slurm and spack.
I went through the doc and still not so sure how to install cyroSPARC using spack.
I am wondering would there be any support or some pointer as to how it is done?

We are not currently supporting cryoSPARC deployment with spack, but are interested in any experience that users or maintainers of cryoSPARC instances may have with spack.
This question was asked about 2 and a half years ago, but I wonder if you managed to install CryoSPARC via Spack eventually.

We’ve been maintaining our internal EasyBuild configuration (easyconfig and easyblock) for cryoSPARC. It has some quirks and little hacks, so we never attempted upstreaming it to the easybuild repo, but it has worked well for us for years.
I’ve no experience with spack, but as more or less a competitor to easybuild, it should also be capable of installing CS with a proper config.
