Yes that did the trick. First stop Cryosparc. Then as root: yum install cuda-10-0; cd /usr/local/; rm cuda; ln -s cuda-10.0 cuda; After you’ve install Cuda 10, as the Cryosparc user force an update: cryosparcm update --override
