Hi everyone. When I try to import a big project with ~900 jobs into a new master node, the importing process was interrupted manully and the imported job seems incomplete. I can see all the J*** folders are intact but the “job_manifest.json” has been changed and the original one was missing. Is there a way to restore the full project? Thanks

Did you happen to have a copy of the original project? Or a snapshot of the job_manifest file? It’s always safe to make sure you copy the project you’re trying to import into your cryoSPARC instance’s project folder and then importing the copied folder instead of specifying the original project directory as the import location.
