Images not loading into the crysparc project pages

Hi,

We are running Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS

Current cryoSPARC version: v2.15.0

The images summarizing the jobs do not load into the webpage.

Apologies for the delayed response. Is this issue still occurring? If so, as soon as you encounter workspaces with missing images, please run the following terminal command:

cryosparcm log command_core
cryosparcm log webapp

This will help us determine what the source of the problem could be.
