Identifying micrographs with 0 particle picks

Hi,

Is there a way to identify micrographs with 0 particle picks.
I am having trouble accounting for the missing micrographs. The input to the blob picker has 4278 micrographs and the output .cs file (converted to .star) shows only 4216 micrographs. I am assuming the missing micrographs are the ones with 0 particle picks.

Please suggest.

Hi @Abhilash, try the Exposure Sets Tool job with the “Intersect” action. As inputs, specify the the 4278 initial micrographs and the 4216 lefover ones. Run the job. One of the outputs will be the difference between the two sets.
