Have you already tried
cryosparcm restart
on that workstation after you removed CryoSPARC from the other workstation?

We realized tokens can’t be split over different workstations with our licence and therefore removed cryosparc from one workstation,

It is correct that one license id cannot be used simultaneously on two or more cryosparc_master installations, but one can run a multi-worker CryoSPARC instance with a single license id.
If you prefer to run multiple CryoSPARC instances, for example in Single Workstation mode, you may request additional license ids.
