I am re-processing some data on a new computer cluster. For that purpose I start the whole processing pipeline again with importing movies and patch motion correction for example. In my previous processing, run on a different computer cluster, everything worked well. Now, running the movie import on cryoSPARC version v4.6.2 the Import Movie job finishes successfully but states that transparent hugepages are enabled. The following Patch Motion Correction job tells me then that all my micrographs are incomplete. First of all, how can I disable the hugepages in the Import Movie job via the GUI? And secondly, is this the reason why the Patch Motion correction job fails?
