HR with input volumes with different box size or pix size

Hi:

I performed multiple heterogeneous refinement (HR) to clean my particles after one-time 2D classification, which works very well.

I found that it works when inputting the volumes from different datasets with different box sizes or from different pixel sizes. I am wondering if these differences could affect the accuracy.
