How to remove particles obtained from images with high CTF fit value from final dataset

Dear all,
Originally I used ctf fit range of 1 - 6 Angstrom during image curation.
Is any relatively quick way, being at the final steps of 3D refinement, to remove particles extracted from images with CTF fit value >5 Angstrom without repeating all steps ?

Hi Andro,

Queue up a Manually Curate Exposures job and link your particle and CTF-estimated micrograph stacks. The thresholds you select therein should be applied to both data groups, splitting each into separate accepted and rejected output groups.
