I tried Crypsparc to reconstitute my structure and it gives a very good result.
But I have a problem in checking the exact distribution of the structure.
The csv file generated could not be opened by chimera.
There is a “Viewing Direction Distribution Class” figure. Is there another way to check if there is perfected orientation?

Hi @wenfei - the viewing direction distribution has exactly the info you want. It is (as far as I can tell) basically a Mercator (map of the world) projection of the spherical orientation distribution that I am guessing you are familiar with from Relion.
The csv file is basically the equivalent of (and can be converted to) a star file, containing all the orientation parameters etc.
