Is there a way to add another worker node to the standalone node without destroying previous job results?
I tried to directly “cryosparcw connect” from the new worker node, but it seems not working. New jobs will be stuck in the LAUNCHING step.

Yes, it is possible to add another worker node using the cryosparcm connect command. Can you post the output of the command so we can troubleshoot the problem?
