  1. let us know the CryoSPARC version and patch
  2. email us the tgz file created by the command
    cryosparcm snaplogs
    I will let you know the e-mail address in a direct message.

the cryosparc version is v4.1.2. sorry I do not know how to check the patch.
I repeated the job again today, then created the tgz file with the command.
can you tell me your email so that I can sent you the file.

@nnp Can you try upgrading CryoSPARC to the latest version and see if you still encounter this problem after the upgrade?
