High resolution data map looks like low resolution envelope

Hi all,
I have a dataset that went to below 4 Å with Relion. When testing it with cryosparc the program yielded a similiar result, but the map I was able to downloaded looks more like a 20 Å low resolution envelope. Any suggestions how I can obtain the correct map?

Hi @aaron,
Any chance you downloaded the unsharpened raw result? If you open the refinement experiment and scroll to the last lines of output, you’ll see one called:
Result structure (sharpened) that should download and view.
You can also re-sharpen the raw map with a custom b-factor with the sharpening job.
