I am trying to run a hetero refinement job, however it stays as queued but never initiates the job. It basically does not submit the job to our cluster. This does not happen on other jobs. There is no error and no information on the overview panel. Anyone has any idea, what could be wrong?
This happens to me every once in a while, as well. Always when I am running a heterogeneous refinement with 2 or 3 decoys plus my model. I find if I set up the same job but remove one of the decoys it will usually run fine.
