@rbs_sci you can usually see the phase randomization cutoff if there are significant mask issues - e.g. see the example FSCs from the guide:
Based on this, I think in CS it is actually where the tight masked map (not unmasked) FSC drops below 0.8.
You can calculate the true phase randomized FSC from the data in the log, but it does require a bit of faffing about:
