Hello, everyone! It turned out that the FSC curve from NU refinement fails to reach 0, indicating that the map quality does not match the desired resolution. I’m curious about how to address this issue. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated !

You likely have duplicate particles - try remove duplicates
