FSC curve adove FSC=0.143 in non-unform refinement

When I run non-uniform refinement, the result of the FSC curve is displayed as spherical, Loose, Tight, and corrected above FSC=0.143. Although the displayed resolution is about 2, the actual resolution is about 6. Why is this happening? What can be done to improve it?

Remove duplicate particles, rerun the refinement. Depending on the size of your particles you may need to increase the distance between duplicates.
