Please can you post the outputs on the CryoSPARC worker for

• Inside a fresh shell, load the cryoSPARC worker environment (for execution of the following commands):

eval $(/path/to/cryosparc_worker/bin/cryosparcw env)
env | grep PATH
which nvcc
nvcc --version
python -c "import pycuda.driver; print(pycuda.driver.get_version())"
uname -a
free -g
nvidia-smi

• record the output
• exit the shell

as well as

• the extraction box size
• the dimensions (in pixels) of the motion-corrected micrographs
