Expose particle preprocessing parameters in Class3D (feature request)

Hi,

The particle preprocessing parameters (real space windowing) are exposed to the user in homogeneous, NU and heterogeneous refinement, but not in Class3D. Sometimes (large or crowded particles, tight boxes) it would be convenient to be able to alter these parameters in Class3D as well.
