Export and Import/copy specific dataset

I would like to take a dataset and move it and all associated experiments from one cryosparc installation on one machine to another on a different machine. Is this possible?

I think this is alluded to in the following post but I’m not completely confident I understand how. A straight up copy of the data directories doesn’t work!

How to move installation and output directories?

To move the installation (including database), you can simply move the entire cryosparc folder. Just make sure that you edit your ~/.bashrc file to change the path there that points to cryosparc/bin. To move the output directory, you can use the CLI tool: cryosparc configure bulk add <path/to/new/output/location> <short_name_for_output_location> cryosparc configure bulk primary <short_name_for_output_location> These commands will instruct cryosparc to use the new path you want as it's ne…

Hey Kyle,

Unfortunately there isn’t really a straightforward way to migrate only a single dataset+experiments to a different installation. Even migration of the full database is not really simple right now.
Hopefully that won’t cause you too much trouble!
